I purchased a Jeep for $12,000 cash and an extended warranty for $2,000 cash. Within 30 day the vehicle was leaking oil and needed a $2,095.00 repair. The extended warranty did not cover it. Look, when you go into this place you're greeted with smiles and undivided attention. Just remember that smiling faces sometimes they don't tell the truth. I will never use this place again and I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE THIS CAR DEALERSHIPS EVER!

I was initially told that the diagnostic cost would be $50 with my warranty deductible. Then I was informed that the parts wouldn’t be covered under warranty and the total would be $130. However, when I arrived, the final price had jumped to $230. What’s especially frustrating is that I had already explained the issue in detail beforehand, yet no one took the time to properly check warranty coverage in advance. Sold me a used vehicle immediately had serious issues upon purchase. Mechanic quoted vehicle needs a new engine. The manager Jean Sebastian "JS" Bleau and the Vice President Phillip Meyer stated there was nothing they could do for me. I have to pay monthly payments for a vehicle I cannot drive. Please be aware of the extremely deceptive tactics this dealership uses, they know they are selling bad vehicles and do not care. I have all of my documentation and can prove what I am saying.

I was not at all satisfied with my last oil change visit at Wenzel! When I told them I was going to give them a bad review I was told by the service manager that me writing a bad review would dictate how I will be treated there in the future! I asked him to repeat that and he said it again! I have purchased several vehicles from Wenzel but I will never go back there for anything! I called about a car on their website. The woman confirmed with the used car manager the car was there and available. I drove from Muskegon to get there to be told after 20 minutes of bull crap they sent the car to the auction. I wasted 3 hours of my time and gas money there and back!

Sold me a car with patched up tires with a 30 day warranty the day after I got home with they went flat when called about it they wanted to put another pacht on it I recommend that nobody ever buys anything from Todd wenzel

First off, we will start with Jeff Filkins in sales. I bought a used truck (2022 gmc Duramax Denali) that had a huge scratch in it, (couldnt see it because they refused to rewash it for me) he said he would take care of it. They did no such thing, told me to reach out to the body shop which said they had no record they were supposed to fix it. Sceduled service. Check engine light and a recall. After 1.5 days no repairs had begun. Last service my tire fell off when i let the garage from service. Todd Weasle must think their the only dealership in town. Have used them periodically since 1995. This has been my last visit. If you want service in a normal period of time done right, go so.ewhere else..

Buyer beware: the goal of this dealership is to take as much of your money as they can squeeze you for. IMO a good dealership negotiates respectfully to find a balance between a fair price for the buyer while making some money for the dealership. These guys tried to offer $5,000 below a well researched trade value ($10,000 below what they had an identical model/trim/condition/mileage for sale used on their own lot), they charge $3000 for mandatory ceramic coating (which you get done done well for far less) and inflate financing rates that you qualify for in order to make ... We were looking for a new Equinox for our daughter. Mark Howard handled everything from the test drive to the final paperwork. Mark did everything and even washed the car and filled the gas himself when we picked up the Equinox. I think a few other folks could learn a few things from Mark on how to take care of customers. I would like to thank Gary, Jacob, and last but not least, Pat for a pleasant! Efficient! and wonderful buying experience even though the secretary of state did their best to ruin it by withholding my license plate. We walked in looking at a nearly 20% interest rate...(roughly) one hour later, I rode away on my new (used)Ducati with no money down and 6.25 % interest rate saving us nearly $5000.00 off the interest not to mention more than $2000.00 off the book value. Beyond a doubt one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had.
